The data controller for personal information collected through this website and pre-contract inquiries is:

NASBIX TECHNOLOGIES
T-12, 3rd Floor, Mateen Shopper’s Gallery, Tariq Road, Karachi, Pakistan
Email: hello@nasbix.com

When you are an active client, project-specific processing may also be governed by your statement of work, master services agreement, or data processing addendum.

2. Data we collect

  • Quotation requests — project scope, budget range, timeline, engagement preferences, and related business details (get a quotation).
  • Appointments — scheduling preferences, timezone, meeting format, and agenda notes (book appointment).
  • Careers — application details, CV/resume files, portfolio links, and role preferences (careers).
  • NDA or consent flags — when you opt in on forms (e.g. mutual NDA request, privacy consent).

Information collected automatically

  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for essential site function, security, and analytics where enabled—see your browser settings to manage cookies.

Client delivery data

When you engage NASBIX for software delivery, support, or consulting, we may process data you or your users provide in repositories, staging environments, tickets, and communications—only as needed to perform the contract and maintain secure operations.

3. How we use personal data

  • Respond to inquiries, quotations, appointments, and job applications.
  • Deliver, operate, and improve our services under contract.
  • Provide managed support and SLAs for active clients.
  • Send service-related communications you expect (not unrelated marketing without consent).
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect our systems and users.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Website forms & consent

Forms on this site include a required privacy consent where indicated. Submitting a form means you agree we may process your details to handle that specific request. You may withdraw consent for future marketing by emailing us; processing already performed remains lawful.

CV uploads are used solely for recruitment evaluation unless you ask us to retain your profile for future roles and we agree in writing.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Consent — form submissions and optional NDA requests.
  • Contract — steps before a contract and performance of client agreements.
  • Legitimate interests — responding to business inquiries, securing our website, and improving services, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — when law requires retention or disclosure.

6. Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, collaboration tools) under confidentiality and security expectations.
  • Professional advisers where required (legal, accounting).
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Client stakeholders when you instruct us as part of a delivery engagement.

A list of categories of subprocessors used in client delivery is available on request for enterprise contracts.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Sales and inquiry records — typically up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues.
  • Recruitment applications — for the hiring process and a reasonable period for talent pool consideration unless you request deletion.
  • Client project data — per contract, support term, and applicable law.
  • Logs and security records — as needed for incident investigation and compliance.

8. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk—including access controls, secure development practices, and staff confidentiality. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and report suspected issues to hello@nasbix.com.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email hello@nasbix.com with enough detail for us to verify your request.

10. International transfers

NASBIX operates from Pakistan and serves clients globally. If data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.

11. Children

Our services and website are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so inadvertently.
